Portland Maine City Hall Elopement Sara & Justin

On August 21st I met beautiful Sara and Justin at the Portland City Hall. The weather forecast promised a downpour for the entire day and we just hoped for a small window of time without rain to be able to photograph outdoors.
Soon after Justin and Sara signed their marriage license and we took few minuted to photograph at the beautiful City Hall of Portland Maine it stopped raining and we had soft beautiful fog, that hugged the entire city, which made for dreamy backdrop for photos.
After the city hall we went to few locations throughout the Old Port and to Portland Headlight and Fort Williams Park in Cape Elizabeth, Maine.
